If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of any regular priced items, simply follow the below steps within 14 days of the receipt of the order:

If your package was returned to us by your local post office:
We’re so sorry to hear this! Your products may be coming back to us if post determines that the package is undeliverable, or if your country’s customs office rejects the package.
You can use your tracking number to estimate when your package will return to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the exact reason why your package is returning to us, as we can only see the same information that you see via tracking. We are also unable to reship your order to you.
We will issue a refund once we physically receive your order back at our HQ and confirm that your package was undeliverable. If you would like to purchase the same items, you will need to place another order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of the appropriate quality for a similar product from the seller from whom the goods were purchased, if the specified goods did not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or bundle. Also if the goods were defective.
The consumer has the right to exchange non-food goods of proper quality for 14 days, from the day of receipt of goods.
The exchange of non-food goods of appropriate quality is carried out if the goods in question were not in use, its marketable appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels, as well as a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming the payment of the said product.
